So cool! I have tried to get to the top twice. The first was when the railroad broke down and we were stuck on the train for like 6 hrs when I was little. The second was when we were backpacking the weather was too bad to get to the top. I have a photo of us all huddled in our winter gear (of course, it was in the 70s once we climbed all the way down). One day I’ll get there.
Actually Washington was an easy climb. Many are much harder, I didn’t even have to stop for a break except to take a video. Washington is only really dangerous due to weather and wind potential.
You could really ‘feel’ that post….liked the perspective. fascinated almost more by the work to stay 🙂

Funny. Ya it’s a tough one to time up. I got real lucky. Two days after I summited wind gusts topped at 110mph!

Mount Washington looks impossible to climb! Especially with an injured leg! Glad your out of there.
